There is only one thing worse than getting a giant rude yellow disconnection notice laced with threats of shut off and reconnection fees - without first having been sent something resembling a notice of late payment (you know.....hey, we haven't received payment yet - would you mind sending over X amount of dollars to get this taken care of - if you've already taken care of this - please disregard this notice and have a great life)......................
and that's getting one when you've ALREADY PAID THE BILL
Disconnection notice (I HATE these obnoxious "in your face" notices they send - as if we were all dead beats trying to duck out of paying our utilities)
